Recover your username
If you forgot your Google Account username, you can recover it with other Google Account information.

If you ever forget your username, Google can help you recover it by asking you a few questions.
To get started, enter your phone number or recovery email address on the username recovery page.
Step 2 of 5
Enter your first and last name and tap Next.
Step 3 of 5
You’ll be prompted to send a verification code to your phone or recovery email address. Tap Send.
Step 4 of 5
Enter the verification code you receive and then tap Next.
Step 5 of 5
Once you confirm it’s your account, you’ll find a list of usernames that match your account.
Tip: If you use a Google Account that is connected to your job, school, or other group, these steps might not work. Check with your administrator for help.
